Any information on the Site about services, pricing, timelines, or results is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute a binding offer. The specific scope, fees, deliverables, and terms of any engagement will be set out in a separate written agreement, statement of work, or proposal between you and NRTech, which will govern that engagement. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement controls for that engagement.
Bookings and communications
When you book a call, submit a form, or otherwise contact us through the Site, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We may use third-party scheduling and messaging tools to manage those interactions, and your use of them is also subject to the providers' own terms.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise noted, all content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the NRTech name and branding — is owned by or licensed to NRTech and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Ownership of work product created during a paid engagement is governed by the applicable engagement agreement, not by these Terms.

The Site may contain links to, or embed, third-party websites and services that we do not control, such as our booking and chat widgets. We provide these for convenience and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Accessing third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
